All music is downloaded as MP3 files to the website.   For some reason it appears that on the iPhone, iTune  does not recognize these files.  I believe  there is an easy solution:  Download any track on a desktop/laptop.  Open the file with iTunes.  Highlight the track and click File > Convert > Create AAC version.  You then can Delete from Library the MP3 version.
